Billy – check out "1986 Mustang 5.0 Pt.64 T-5 is back and WOLVERINE 1087 T-N-T REDUX!" on YOUTUBE — this guy (50tussin) has some very budget mustangs one has ran 6.50's maybe 6.30's N/A just head cam intake – yes good track and good air in Florida but still shows potential of the little 302 – he also has a friend with fuel injected AOD w/converter on nitrous that runs just as quick – could be a good daily vs Malibu!! (and have A/C even)

With a mid plate welded in-between the frame rails. And no strut bars. A feller can only imagine what the chassis is doing. It's in a pickle atm I would say . With replacing the engine mounts that were tweaked asf and welding in a midplate. Think of the chassis as if it's a dinner fork.

Billy – GET A CLUTCHTAMER for that Mustang, you'll be able to get more out of that 5-speed combo while still keeping it driving like stock. The guy selling them started making them to make a clutch car more competitive in no-prep, now it's on all of the NMRA's Coyote Stock cars.
Beating a 13.00 with a 13.01 and no breakouts is incredible, that's just a ridiculous race lol.

its prolly your throttle cable.. i used the stock one and used to hammer down and the wires on throttle had one hair holding it…replaced it.. and new throttle hooked up like bad mofo.. was fastest in valley 831… b4 i rolled it… one nite putting on drift video… lol dont ask
