The Grey Goose, Lund’s 6 second car, is a FFRE built engine, 5.2 sleeved down to 5.0 and predator cams controlled by a Gen 2 factory ECU and a 6R80 with a 4R200 hub (it reset the record with a 6RLide) and some absolutely bonkers wizardry in the tune by Lund Jr to make this thing work. It’s shifting within 300rpm of the commands at well over 9k rpm. The turbo kit was designed by Lund Sr. and the craziest thing is the suspension part are mostly off the shelf stuff from Steeda and I believe UPR & Viking. Oh and it’s going to go even faster soon, they broke the record on less boost than they were using before the new turbos.

Hptuners or sct will unlock the ecm then tuners like Lund etc will begin to tune them

Coyote is a great engine but dude is truly delusional if he thinks its better then the ls in anyway!! Pound or pound and dollar for dollar and hp potential the LS platform is unbeatable ,it's been proven! What the stang has that makes it work so good is the 10 speed trans ,that ain't the engine.Everyone knows if you want to go really fast in a ford you need a GM trans ,th400 or glide! Dude showed how delusional he is when he said a G80 is doing 8.80s on the street loooooooooooooooooool .
The dual throttle body is for epa restrictions. They’re fitted with carbon traps in each intake.

Talking about a 1000hp on an sbe coyote like the gen 4 ls hasn’t been doing that since 2007. Ls is still the platform to go with. Parts availability and price and the power you get out of them per dollar isn’t even comparable.
