  1. I’m a fan of the events, swap meets, holidays(hoping for a July4 event) it’s a fun place to hang out with like minded people. Looking forward to the drag strip. Keep up the good work! I’m a little disappointed no more public events for now but I look forward to the future

  2. I've been building a truck since October to come and use the skid pad and I've been excited about this for awhile and I've been going for awhile I've seen the changes I'd like to see it through

  3. I only was able to go once. I work during most events. I enjoyed the free event on Easter weekend. Being able to have it a free event I was able to bring the kids and spend money on the truck ride vs just an entrance fee and walking around. We would love to go to more events and spend money on vendors and what not. I understand most or all events can not be free, I would say obviously a fee would be needed to get in so maybe do like…. 5 or 10 a person or 15 per car? That way those who don't have a lot of money can enjoy spending money on things inside the event. Food, activities, we stay longer for all the activities at the event. Really loved seeing all your guys' hard work and how amazing things turn out there. Can't wait for more!

  4. I can't wait! Me and the kids love it and the price is very fair!! Kids free is awesome so there's no complaints at all. Loved every visit ever from day one and the fireworks show is the best around ❤️ it. And I'm building a car for that track

  5. When I lived in Orlando I’d drive to Bithlo in my little 99 civic Si and race all the time, being here in Hernando county since 2004 Bradenton is just to far of a drive. Anything goes wrong and it’s a big tow bill back home, I can’t wait for you guys to build, my new and improved 99 civic is now a 340Hp toy lol I’d love to see you guys keep a burnout or donut area for my rear wheel drive 2 seater roadster too. So forget about the Nay sayers and haters out there, nothing was ever gained by listening to the negatives.. I say “Build it and they will come!”

  6. I am new to the area. I have been to a few events and met Nico also! I had no idea it was such a new place! I’m from south Florida. I have seen change in some of the biggest ways! Your future looks incredible to me! Wish I knew about it from the beginning! I have been involved with the biker community for over 15 years now. I have seen how events can grow rapidly. You seem to have a good Handel on an epic idea and platform! I live less than 9 miles away! Your idea for an amphitheater I think that’s fantastic. I would be concerned with the flow of traffic. I have been there and I know that it’s like a bottle neck. But it’s not the first time I’ve gone to a place that had a bottleneck lol. I look forward to your future and being able to enjoy the events that you have as well as possibly be a vendor there as I have an application already in that has been accepted. I think you guys are awesome I don’t know what else to say other than the fact that I look forward to your growth and the ability to have a place to go and take my friends and I help you grow. Looking forward to the future!

  7. Build It!!! So exciting. This area needs something more for families. It will bring jobs and security to many families. Build a camp ground to go along with it. I know when they have events at the track in Bradenton the local camp grounds are packed with car enthusiasts. Can't go wrong!

  8. The car meets are really cool, people complaining is whack, Gotta understand this type of stuff doesnt happen over night, and highly appreciate yall for doing all that you do and really excited about the drag strip

  9. I have no issue with new businesses coming to Brooksville. But please be cognizant that even though you are building in a mainly agricultural area, there are also many residential homes nearby. We have to be able to access our homes, we have small children and pets that are sometimes scared by the noise and don't understand where it's coming from. So, during your planning and building phases, be considerate of your residential neighbors and possibly install some type of noise abatement walls or other noise buffering options. Please take these things into consideration. Thank you.

  10. As someone who just moved to the area, im excited to have a facility that I can scratch every itch I have in the motorsports line of interest!

If my opinion is any worth, keeping the admission cheap will encourage people who feel they can't "afford" to get into motorsports, but also in-turn, means you get every tom, dick, and Jane, even the not so welcomed folks, so admission is always a hit-or-miss

  11. Hey!
Not really a Nah Sayer or Hater, but with the price of gasoline almost being $5.00 a gallon, is it really Equitable !! Say nothing of the Cost for Racing Fuel ??? ( how much does that cost per gallon)!!! Maybe bring in some really good topsoil and grow food, veggies / fruit, where the track would go ( Lead Foot Fruit and Veggie Market ) I don’t know, am I making any sense here ??? I am a car Enthusiast also
But in the End it really doesn’t matter what kind of car we have, but we all gotta Eat !!
I don’t know: Something to think about !!!

  12. My family thoroughly enjoys Lead Foot City. We drive up from 33579 and have brought friends along. We have met some great folks on the Thursday night events.

  13. You have a great thing going on there. I have been there multiple times. Love what your doing and wanting to accomplish. I hope the dragstrip will be all concrete for best traction in this Florida heat. I see Bradenton dragstrip ripped up the entire track right now and pouring concrete. There's one thing I didn't hear you mention and it's not that I'm into it but when I used to travel to Lakeland to drag race before they closed it, I couldn't help but notice that the mud bog pit they had really packed them in. Maybe you should see if there's an interest in that too. That's a pretty low overhead thing to have, just dig up the dirt and add water. Looking forward to the dragstrip. Now that you explained everything it make more sense now. Been a long time coming for this area. Oh yea, I would like to thank you for the shaded seating areas and an area to soak up some ac. As a big guy in Florida heat I could not appreciate it more. I'm personally more interested in the dragstrip and car show events and $10-$20 admission sounds fair for normal events, $20-$30 for special events.
