It's that dense ass air you have. I live on the wrong side of Lake Erie and had my procharged Camaro out. It's running super lean with a SD open loop tune. Damn near impossible to drive. It would buck and shake at anything over 2K rpm at 15% TPS. I was lucky enough to be able to drive it to storage with this fine, salt-free, January we've been having.

For tuning easier, get the O2 sensor a couple inches from the turbo housing so it can’t get fresher air from the end of the tail pipe. I’ve seen where that will throw the tune screwy
