Dropouts come from people facing the reality that without a sponsor you could possibly go bankrupt. They all raced before but not on a nationwide schedule. All that costs lots of cash like Reaper said, this is his last shot because to win like Ryan could cost you a fortune. They have been priced out. Just like Top Fuel, Funny Car, and Pro (chevy) Stock in NHRA.

You didn't talk about the new race on Friday night. The top 8 racers in points race off for points and I think I heard 15 k . Ryan won that against Jerry bird. Because of that Ryan , Jerry and Kye are tied in points at I believe 25.

I seriously think some "unnamed" drivers thought of this bounty on Ryan Martin. He's just that damn good and he's a good dude flat out, we've met him in Tulsa a few years ago.
Honestly, some of these guys can't compete anymore other then run their mouth after getting waxed on the road. Really need to bring in some of the big boy lambos and gtrs to keep it interesting. I like all racing, bring it on!

That's the dumbest thing iv ever heard if they did put a bounty on Ryan, I mean Ryan is like 2- 8 against lizzy, so in my book Lizzy is faster then Ryan. Hold on I forgot they let drivers like swan pound RACE in a series named STREET OUTLAWS, N.P.K. & HE HAS NEVER EVEN MADE A BURN OUT ON A STREET.

Don’t feel one bit sorry for Reaper. If he was dumb enough to show up with one spare supercharger and a budget of 50k for a 15 race season , he was wasting his time and money. Not to mention the fact that dude can’t drive and he’s always tearing something up.
It’s funny that John Odom was in the invitational. Kyle beat him first round. I think he may have run a couple future races last year but can’t be sure. Why does Kallee Mills have to keep running the future class year after year without getting invited? I guess since Odom is a millionaire, he was able to buy into the invitational.
If posts about the Wasabi Supra are an indication, that GTR is going to get so much hate when JDM IG pages find out about it

Don't want to be a Hater but everyone that HPP gets involved with seems to turn south. Doc, Eric Bain to name 2 just struggle and they are always at the line helping them. I think they are probably good at the track but struggle on NPK and the street
I'm sure Bain quit because his sponsors are tired of building him the best cars possible and he still sucks. He's always been one of the worst guys on Texas's team and likely has one of the most expensive cars. Companies pay big money for winners not for people that can barely compete.

See just like I said when he put out the video about Chief if reaper would worry about himself and NOT everyone else or proving to the world that people like him and not Chief he may be able to get shit done but he hasn’t legit raced a car in 5 years now. He does hits here and there and there was a point when he was fast. He is not mentally in the right place. I said in his video about Chief that he wasn’t going to race NPK and Lookie lookie
That GTR is John Odom he and Jim Howe are close friends and he called Swanstrom out for $10g at the Florida race and they never locked in. He is a big construction mogul and he donates millions to Trump campaign
The production came up with this bounty bullshit
SIMabcxyz how do you feel about the “Great 8”? I feel like instead of it being the points leaders it should be the 8 guys that make it to round 3 in the race prior. To me that’s making the fastest cars beat their cars to death just to have a race before the race. The team attack was ok because it was random but now the fast guys have to race 3-4 rounds more a week than everyone else
It costs too much to tour the country and race it isn’t cheap to haul living quarters and your car and garage
The people tried to follow the TV money but they can’t pay everyone for being on the show. Just for showing up to a track even if they did they are paid per episode not per race. It’s barely enough to cover fuel. Some of these guys still have businesses at home to manage. It can’t be easy.
Big sponsors are going to move in
Oh it was a NOLA final last year in Virginia wasn’t it? Kye won last year but I can’t recall who he raced maybe it was Ryan but he does well in Virginia
If Ryan martin doesn't make it to the final that means someone beat him and already collected the bounty. U said u didn't know what would happen to the money if he didn't make it. Someone would have had to put him out

Ryan, Lutz, and Dave are the only 405 guys that have a chance of winning a NPK race. I like Shawn but he is way outgunned. Monza, Dom and Doc are lost. Chuck is Chuck.
BTW, I went to NPK at Virginia and Boosted GT did a great job announcing. Nice that he is knowledgeable. You really should go if you get a chance. TV does not do it justice. I totally understand why they only run 1/8th on an unprepped track, but man it's so short and four secs goes by so quick. Saw Lutz in the pits workin on something, and I told him, "remember Jeff, lefty loosy, righty tighty". He just looked up at me and shook his head LOL
So there's a bounty, so you turn your stuff way up, you win the race, but knock the rods out doing it. How much money did you make?
