It's a shame our society has become one where people would rather look at a train wreck rather an individual's achievements in a sport I have followed for 40 years. I'm talking about drag racing, it's one of the most American things that we have contributed only to be ruined with this new style of reality TV. I will say though without people like yourself reporting on our favorite racers we'd be in the dark, keep up the good, bad & ugly of street outlaws thanks for your info every week…..

I think Pilgrim could have prevented the altercation between Bodie and the Epping track staff. All Pilgrim had to do was ensure that each team is following the wristband rule as written.

Anyone who's spent any real amount of time at any track, be it circle or drag…. there's fist fights every weekend. It goes down all the time and even the guys who say they don't care or don't bother… by the end of the night they know exactly what happened and who was involved and why. Staged is a strong word. It'd be difficult for me to be in a "pretend" fight. We fighting or we not. Lot of guys are just horrendous fighters
If you are a fight fan and follow MMA and or boxing but love racing also of course we want to see the fights. They are better than watching the same racers race each other. Also so people are insecure and love to see someone beat up someone they could never come close to so it's a win win
You're absolutely right I love a good fight but the day you spit!!! On anyone you will never spit on anyone again I'm referring to Chuck way back when he spit in a man's face if he would have spit on me he would have never seen the daylight again you do not spit on another person ever you can , bitch slap kick him in the balls do whatever you want but you don't spit on a person
