I wish they’d take the call outs out of NPK. Like if somebody broke they call out a front runner to give em free points. That’s candy ass racing in my opinion. There could be situations where a guy gets a couple free rounds a weekend and gives him the championship.

I’m with ya Big Country. I am Ford to the bone but I race a 1970 Nova. But I used to have a badass Fox Body but I don’t like putting Chevy parts on a ford and after I put the powerglide in the Mustang it just turned my stomach and I bought a Nova.

Pops is absolutely right. Trophies are important remember the Baltimore Colts that’s right Before the Ravens. The colts belonged to Baltimore. They snuck out the city in the Middle of the night on a Mayflower truck and took the Trophies. They had to return them Trophies. They belong to the fans of that team and that city that supported them. Hell every time a Mayflower truck went through there. They wouldn’t stop with out getting vandalized for years

Re showing off your trophies,, ever looked at John Force's shop? Ever seen Big Daddy's museum? As Dad said, there shouldn't be a price on those things you and YOUR TEAM have earned. They'll bring back fond memories when you're sharing stories with your young'ns,, memories that will be like little movies in your mind. All of we elders (I'm 77 and have volumes of 'em) have them and even though no one else will appreciate them,, they're your little movies and there's NO PRICE on 'em.
Love the podcast and all your content but I 100% agree with Big Country you can't sell your NPK Trophy / Trophies You've gotta get a shelf built and get them mofos up on the wall in the podcast room you should be proud of those trophies especially the Texas Trophy after the year you guys had
