Bending Physics: Nevera Nürburgring lap record onboard | 7:05.298 on the Nordschleife!

Fresh from smashing 23 records in a single day and conquering the world-famous Goodwood hillclimb with an all-time best, the Rimac Nevera today broke the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap record for a production EV, setting a hugely competitive time of 7:05.298!

The Nevera is now among the fastest production cars ever on the famously testing 20.8km-long track – a feat made even more impressive because the Nevera is primarily developed as a hyper GT, rather than a car built to devour racetracks.

Buckle up for the uninterrupted, record-smashing, onboard lap with Croatian racing driver Martin Kodrić.

  1. Without a special project, Tesla won't be able to beat any of all those numbers. Almost no tire-squeezing noise. No loss of traction and momentum, ofc, including its all available and accessible power. Much more stable than other competitors even including petrol engine driven counterparts. It is a new chapter and the only proper showcase of what electric vehicles can do and what we can expect from them. The future became the present as of the date it performed

  2. Beautifully driving but IAM sure you can drive that beast mutch faster. I noticed that weight is a big problem and few times driver missed sweet spot. I think he doesn't have so much experience with Nevera… I would do better, that's for sure!
