The 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Drag car makes it to the race track for the first time. The original plan was to get there early, get multiple rounds of testing in, and then enter the races.
We ended up late to the party, and only got 3 time trials in. I give a brief explanation of the car’s status, and show what the totally new combination did “Off the Trailer”.
Next video, we get to go rounds all the way to the finals!

Nice Joe, hopping to make it to the track Sunday
I can't wait to see the next one
Old red was having fun at half track with the throttle.
I will say that you have a great bracket machine that you are going to be able to rely on after the bugs are worked out for the little things that you have to address.
Joe first run out of the box don't expect things to go perfect great job and video
Solid 6 second car joe with convertor tuning.
Very good Joe.
I'll be looking for the 6.60's or better.
Very nice premiere
Thanks for sharing.
Take care, Ed.
Awesome!
Dang that thing is dialed off the trailer!! Every time I unload mine off the trailer it becomes less dialed……….maybe I need better ramps
Looks like it was running good for the trial run.
Hell of job Joe just a little fine tuning that’s all you need
Awesome work that car sounds awesome
Awesome Joe! That hard work is paying off!
heck ya man. Freaking awesome.
I’m thinking 5000 stall
Awesome man!!! Man, we got to get to the track, hopefully soon.
That's what I'm talking about! I see 6.70s in your future! Get er dialed in!
Big Block Powa!!!
Congrats. A line lock will help with your burnouts.
It goes quite nicely…maybe a transbrake is needed…lol
Not a Mopar guy, but enjoy your video's. Nice job on the engine, runs great. Shows you take pride in your work.
What kind of stall speed are you looking for with foot brake action?
I always look at MPH for potential ET. 98 mph is stout in the 1/8, so I think with just a converter change you'd be 6.7's ! Then, who knows where the fine tuning will take you….. but I'm positive we'll find out !!! Great Work!
Damn, looking real good!
I believe the bathtub car is called an altered.
Even with the tight converter your car was still getting after it! Good runs joe!
What Are You Feeling in Difference between Small Block and Big Block? HP Torq. ETC. Seat Of The pants
Excellently executed, looks great and sounds good runs awesome, what else can you ask for!?
looking good Mopar Joe, looks like you could be in the tens in the 1/4, as you get her tuned in…
