Although he managed to beat Leclerc in their first season together in 2021, 2022 has proven to be a decisive year as to who can withstand the pressure of a potential championship-winning car, and that’s why in 2023, with the new team boss, Sainz could be very well gone!
Carlos Sainz came into Ferrari as a replacement for Sebastian Vettel, and in 2021, he proved that he is truly the Smooth Operator that we all know him as. However, there were some poor performances in 2022, when Ferrari demonstrated in the first couple of races that they could be the championship-winning car if not for reliability and tactic blunders.This is when Sainz lost his groove to Leclerc, as Charles has risen to become the team’s number one driver.

In his rookie year at Ferrari, Sainz beat Leclerc. In 2022 it became evident that he did not adapt well to the car, unlike Leclerc who started very well. But if you notice, throughout the year, even with the problems, Sainz was focused on improving. At the end of the year he managed to close the time gap between him and his teammate. Meanwhile Leclerc was crying on the radio. A pity that Leclerc played a political game to have a team boss that favors him. I hope Sainz starts the year well so that we can have real competition on the track.
Ferrari need to make the car more reliable and stop making strategic errors that's the most important job for Fred . Charles IMHO has shown himself not be mentalty strong enougth
everyone should know, the reason Ferrari hired Vasseur as TP is because they don’t want Leclerc to go to other teams. LECLERC not Sainz. Leclerc is Ferrari’s golden boy, not Sainz.
and how can Sainz become Ferrari number 1 if he’s consistently 3 secs slower than Leclerc in the race, in a car that doesn’t suit Leclerc’s driving style. when the car is to Leclerc’s liking, Sainz is consistently 6 tenths slower than his teammate like in the first few races

well maybe both drivers on a team one better for the way the car designed mike sheomocker retired come back with other team under his old car designer (ps a other person Ie driver designed the Honda car lay out before they went belly up & brawn team was born) the Honda driver had a weight different then the red car design all this is in the rules legal the feel of the car! I see that with the red car in 2022 the one driver better fit to the car design! ok design one car like the 1988 team meclairn car phrost and senna both were stand out drivers the fight between them! one driver left & went to the red car! call the red car a truck & was fired! go home for a year! came back with williams won the title and retired so senna have the seat in 1994 it odd they because close friends (on senna death he was in charge of handling the proceeding in court & help senna's sister it was a hard time) i had to do this with my step mom & few friends family after! its hard I got stuff that way too the family had no idea why i got the stuff in one room, till it was cleaned out & his desk was moved a letter was found the man went to school a training school for auto repair i was his trainer in one year of school grade it was in the letter I was wrongly deal with by leaders &family its a gift he left me!
