Havliks FSC Shootout Tribute Race Presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil and the Pro Street Elite Show and Cruise
August 14th Early check-in/ tech AND PHOTOSHOOT
Early check-in and Tech inspection – 12(noon) to 5pm, ProStreet Elite cars are welcome to come early to be in the photo shoot as well. For the evening photo shoot we will be blowing up 55+ Gallons of fuel to create the ultimate back drop with the baddest streetcars of all time lined up on the track. Staging this will start after 5pm.- No racing. Spectators are welcome as well. 10$ spectator entry or free with a weekend pass.
Cordova will park Tow vehicles until 9pm. Arrivals after 9pm will be parked the next morning. Stop at the gate upon arrival to get parked and pay for extra crew members/spectators. Registered drivers and one crew member are included in your FSC pre-registration.
FSC Registrants will need to check in at the HotRods by Havliks tent for final check-in requirements and then proceed to tech. Prostreet Elite will complete their check-in at the Summit Racing Tent located in front of the PSE show entrance.
August 15th
FSC Check-in and Tech done by Noon (8am until 12 noon) A short on-site drive with the Nostalgia Prostreet class to mimic the original 93’cruise. Test N Tune. First round of qualifying may happen after T&T that evening depending on car count. Test & Tune estimated time will be 3pm until 7 pm. (depending on car count this may be extended) Everyone pre-registered or registering the day of MUST be checked in/registered and have completed Tech Inspection by 12:00(noon) August 15th, 2025, to stay on schedule! Please plan accordingly!
Pro Street Elite Show (starts at 9 am) Prostreet Elite will complete their check-in at the Summit Racing Tent located in front of the PSE show entrance any day of the show. If time allows, we would like to do an intermission parade of Prostreet Elite Cars down the track in front of the spectators later in the day. Havlik’s FSC Shootout racing until approx. 10pm.
August 16th and 17th
August 16th –
8AM DRIVERS MEETING located in designated Pit Side bleachers. If we do not get the 1st round of qualifying done Friday night it will be Saturday morning after drivers meeting followed by the Second round of Qualifying, Eliminations to follow. Eliminations for the Havlik’s FSC Shootout until approx. 10pm.
Pro Street Elite (starts at 9 am) Pro Street Elite spectator voting ends Saturday night when racing is completed.
August 17th – Final eliminations, DND Shootout, Grudge, Awards for FSC and PSE.
