Snow Performance water / methanol (W/M) injection system controlled by an AEM 30-0352 boost controller system which controls various boost levels and proportionally increases the amount of W/M as boost increases. Turbosmart wastegate and blow off valve handle boost control duties.
2.5 inch longer alloy swing arm, V-Rod rear wheel. 19 inch front wheel with Brembo twin discs and calipers
The tank under the rear carrier stores a 50/50 mix of W/M feeding into a front surge tank which has a level switch that limits boost and HP to 165hp if W/M levels get too low.
The AEM controller allows switching between 280 or 328 hp while the red button by the clutch is a scramble feature giving 10 seconds at full 23psi boost with 328hp and 305lb/ft of torque.
A Baker GRUDGE box, Barnett Scorpion clutch, Darkhorse MANOWAR compensator and manual primary chain adjuster fill the primary.
Tru Traks stiffen up the chassis while a mixture of HD parts and aftermarket brakes complete the front with Adriani front shock hardware and Nitron rear brakes. Chain drive is the only option.
A Corbin seat gives confidence staying on the bike under full boost.
By rights the W/M system negates the need for an aftercooler but I fitted it out of curiosity to test the amount of lag, air temperatures, pressure drop across the aftercooler, and the resulting air density entering the engine. Cold air makes power and removes detonation.
