The 2026 Link ECU Roll Race NZ season exploded into life on Sunday 26 April at Napa Auto Parts Dragway, Meremere! This multi-cam edit takes you trackside for every single knockout elimination through to the dramatic class finals in one of the biggest street car roll racing events in New Zealand.
Held under the Link ECU banner in association with Spec Performance and Fenix Radiators, Round 1 delivered intense side-by-side rolling start battles across the main classes: Turbo 4WD, Turbo 2WD, and N/A, with motorcycles also hitting the strip at the Meremere round. Cars rolled into the start zone at 40-60 km/h, with the right lane setting the pace before the flag dropped for pure heads-up racing to the finish line — first across wins!
