In this video Doug Johnson owner of Thunder Road Racing and The Thunder Road Show Podcast starts the #Seven3Saleen mustang for the first time. This is a real first start video not a staged scene as you can tell by the owners reaction. Doug built this car for his lovely girlfriend when they reconnected 36 years after being childhood friends. Tanya bought the car about a year ago with a blown up engine and trusted Doug to build only the second new edge (1999-04) mustang in the world with the new 445 cubic inch 7.3 liter engine that came as a cate motor from Ford Performance parts via Summit racing. As of this video it the only Saleen (clone) mustang in the world with the 7.3L power plant. Doug plans on installing air conditioning soon so Tanya can drive it to work as she’s a teacher and want to finally have the coolest car at school. Her coworkers and students all know about this cool build and will no doubt be watching this video.
