If that bike is wheeling at the1/4 mile he is not using anywhere near the power that bike has. If it had a big tire and a set of bars it would go 2 seconds faster with no problem mabe 3. Nice riding. It takes real skill putting all the power to the ground you can and not going over. I did it for a long time on my steet bike. It was very fast and I bet everyone I raced for 5 years on the street. I blew it up a quiet riding racing a busa on NOS. It had a swing arm and some other things done to it and my 93 GSXR 1100 we was a 1100 beat him twice the second time it had a blown engine and still beat him.
