How accurate is an exhaust sniffer jammed into the pipe vs a proper bung mount on the header at the right distance? Is the temporary one a bit off from a mounted one, ever test it?
I think it sounds pretty good. Not overly loud either.

I have the same exhaust on my 15 Suzuki GSX1250 and sounds great performs great and half the price of a Yoshimura exhaust but I have no ECU flash ?
it sounds good but i dont think it is worth $800

Im impressed with that exhaust and it looks 10x better than the brocks. I think its a better value and you can use the money he saved on something else.

I have the same exhaust on my 2010zx10r. I think it's restrictive as well. I will buy a good name brand when they become available.

Good exhaust for 800 for sure, sounds good and made decent hp, Brocks is penta is like 2k isn't it….lol. plus that Brock shorty exhaust is stupid loud. I had five Gen2 busas over the years with different exhaust configurations with Brocks alien head shorty being one of them, also had the Yoshimura carbon race and Akrapovic carbon race all bikes had the same mods and tuned on the same dyno in low heat and humidity. The Yoshimura and Akrapovic make the same hp as Brocks with the Akrapovic making the most trq just 12 to 15 db quiter, all ran good numbers at the strip as well. I bought my 09 with an alien head on it but after a few long rides I pulled it off and sold it for good money then bought another Yoshimura carbon race, cheaper same hp, no headache…lol. The exit on that Brock is right under you and on long rides it's annoying vs having the exit in back of you if you don't take long rides than it's probably not important to you, to each their own just my experience.
I really like the look of the double exhaust configuration. Only 5 HP difference on top end but way quieter. Still has a nice, enjoyable, mellow tone. Not everyone likes loud exhausts. Good buy for the money in my opinion.
Those muffs sound very similar to the Yoshimura carbons on my ZX-14R and at about $500 less money.

Crazy the prices they're charging me for go fast parts on my newer bikes I'm a little older so I can remember when a kick ass exhaust was 400-600$ now a days the generic 1s are a 1K or better just nuts
This guy is amazing. Literally sent my ECU to get flashed They received it, did the flash and had it back in the mail the same day. Can’t wait to see how the bike performs when I get the newly flashed ECU tomorrow.
