The cam and heads must be hurting you. My 96" Evo with Fuel Moto Level B heads and a Woods tw-7h cam makes 169hp / 175tq at 12psi on pump gas. Uncork that thing! At 18psi, this bike made 201hp, so you're right there.

But.. regarding the turbo experience..
I have a big turbo in my car .. a lot of the charm of it is the turbo sound and that part throttle surge of boost .. yes brining that bitch online all the way is brutal but the other stuff is just as cool.
So a number on a dyno sheet is far from everything
