Battle at the Beach, small tire no prep action from the tree side. Normally, we do pretty well on the tree side no prep races, but this one was a little different for us. First, new motor with new cam and trying dump valves for the first time ever on this car! Second, this was a very, very slick front of the track race. The track has not had many races over the past few years so the rubber was peeling terrible in the right lane, and left lane looked to be holding a little more rubber. This is what no prep is, race your lane and figure out how to go down it faster than the guy beside you! Awesome time racing!

You Da Man Turbo John. Sorry I try to keep up with your channel as much as I can, but did I hear you mention a couple videos ago that this engine is the most power you've had so far? Love the channel. Take care, be safe, and have fun regardless.
Did anybody record this full event with each class?
A good first outing with the new motor.
You mention that that’s not how you want to win when the guy crossed in the first round but that’s racing. There’s a million ways to lose and only a few ways to win in drag racing.
Great hustle John motor sound pretty good for what your working with ….
You'll be a little better prepared for the next one TJ . Sucks rushing around and no test hits on the new motor but it didn't do to bad. The second pass looked pretty good.
Them McGee boys are awesome.
I love the sound of that turbo
Randy got balls of steel when he is filming burnouts
Dang looks like everybody there is a bear.
All you gotta do is leave when the starter does that little leap before he turns the light on. So easy to read.
DANG IT!!!!!!!!!!! Good run though.
TJ You. Will get the bugs out
That was a fun first round. Sorry again for getting in your lane. don't know if I ran through something not rubber or what. was hooked up and then it knocked the tire off. couldn't lift quick enough. according to data it hit the driveshaft limiter( can hear it popping in the video) and .2 seconds later I was off the gas and heading your way. centerline had plenty of grip lol. good seeing you again and look forward to doing it again.
Thank you for the coverage. Too bad about the rains, and how landrum/george had to put such a bullshjt twist on the outcome. Bad apple will now be known as rotten apple.
Great content John, Thanks
Thanks to G2K Racing Channel we got to watch you live!
That was real close second round Good job John
You guys are great. Keep up the good work John.
Yup, that cam was making both wheel speed bottom end and storming on the big end, gonna take some passes and tuning changes, and not unexpected.
That second pass showed exactly how strong that cam really is, he had you 60-100', but you almost had him anyway. An inch further and a win was yours.
Good start though John, good things are ahead, and the wins will come.
I'm ready for the Enchilatas video!!! We love Kelly's channel!!
Instead of the lady worrying about the blue Mustang quarter panel she should have pushed the mothrfuker up or told the owner to. People like that get on my nerves sorry had to rant
Daymn,, Nick and Matty's pick up is looking soo cool.
Are you going to change cam out if it’s a problem
You could bring ingredients and make it at the track
Car looked good with the new combo! A little more dome pressure he would have been in big trouble. Nice effort on a new setup!
