Carolina N/T putting up a $10,000 FREE Entry race. Come to win on 28’s. Let’s go! We got some work to do to get this thing to try and go fast! Radial racing in the summer is hard, when the sun is out it is very tricky but when the sun goes down, the track gets tight and the cars get fast. We got a new personal best for the year and still having some issues.

Man Randy's car looks so damn good.
Finally the car is going racing. BUT dry sump pumps should be bolted to the engine and a Ford will always be a problem even without a engine plate. I did over 4000 racing km with a Chev with no issues.
IF that engine lost the belt and even if it shut down have a good look at the bearings. It does not take long to hammer them. Especially at that power level.
My opinion NOTHING sounds better than Randy's FORD
Make some idler guides…also might see if the front plate mid plate can flex forward or backward. might mount a camera in there a few passes too.
A bear is coming!!
The issue you are having, we have had that issue in the past, what I did was modify the drive gear on the pump to have a flange around the outside(just like the gear on the crank) so the belt cant slide off. What that means is to take the belt on or off you simply unbolt the gear off the pump and put them on/off at the same time. Fairly simple and fixed it, hope that helps
how would you like to get an intro made for you for 500 pounds because i belive you are a person that has at least 100000 pounds so i thought why not give that much money.
Hey John. Believe it or not take a peice of thick stainless welding wire and make a U shaped guard that fits on both sides of the oil pump and double so if the belt moves to the rear or front the wire guard will catch the belt it's very cheap and it works on most applications. Or check with your local Cup shop and see if they have a Gilmer gear for your style of pump with the raised edges to keep the belt from walking. TELL RANDY WE LOVE HIS FAST AND CLEAN MUSTANG ALSO!!!! WE WILL SEE U AT A TRACK VERY SOON YOUR FRIEND BRIAN PENNELL
Lovin’ the Ford power!! Keep it up. Nothing wrong with the LS stuff but even Kye Kelley is running Ford power in the Camaro.
Looking good FTW showmod
Have you stopped racing and just doing tunes?
TurboJohn y dont u bring ur car too
How about adding a spring loaded idler pulley set up. You possibly could mount that off the frame next to the oil pump.
Great job guys
Rolling out
Bubble Bee has been driven by Alex Taylor a few times
Love the video! One thing that caught my attention though is how much that seat looks like it moves. Does it have a back brace to the cage?
You and Randy are going to get it figured out very soon… Randy was moving on!!! Going to be moving once you get it
Piedmont my favorite. Track

The workmanship on this car is second to none
