An almost unbelievable journey from Ohio, to Myrtle Beach South Carolina in a 58 year old Chevy Truck, to pick up 2 BRAND NEW STILL SEALED IN THE CRATE 400 Small Block Chevy Short Blocks? Yeah, sounds too crazy to be true…. Let’s toss in a overnight stay in Durbin West Virginia Population 260 for a ride back through time on a steam locomotive to boot! Yes, we did this. And it was absolutely amazing!

what kind of music does Miss Vicki like to listen to?
SUPER COOL TRIP !! Thanks for taking us along !! Beautiful scenery .. Nice folks you bought the engines from !! Keep up the great videos..
Durbin looks like a beautiful place, that little house you guys stayed at right on the river looks just about perfect to me! Staying in those old cabooses overnight would be really cool too with how they got them setup, what a cool way to keep old cabooses around…
Great video love the trip definitely something I would love to do with my lover
What a beautiful trip. Reminds me of when I had to say goodbye to one of my friends in North Carolina. On the way back heading to Connecticut there was a huge pumpkin field somewhere in West Virginia; a gift my friend left to see.

So, Pot Roast resides at Cracker Barrell and she didn't "steal" the ice. The room rental includes "stolen" ice lol.
I was shocked that you were even able to do a vid while you were on vacation from WV to SC I think you filmed everything off your phone but the cinematography was amazing you really improved even since American Ride and the Shiners movie the video looked like the camera that Tommy uses
Well Bill it stinks, I just placed 2 orders with Jegs and forgot your promotion code, I believe the guys name was Bill and he couldn’t remember it either.
At 64 old age is catching up to me LOL
this was awesome . I appreciate the work you put into this channel . that alone keeps me here . . watching you guys and the way your family works togather and the group of ppl you have around your team . truley amazing . god bless you all .
Those Chevy trucks were very well built. That's why there is so many of them still around 60 years later.
I’m a 30 year old man living in CO by way of Myrtle Beach and I’ve been watching SRC since day one. I can’t say enough about the Hoskinson family. They uplift us all. That being said; so many people have cancer and it’s heart breaking. Prayers for each and every one. I pray that health comes in abundance. Hope everyone has a great holiday with loads of family and friends. Love you all. Thanks for all you do Bill.

400 sbc wow what a score and the trip there priceless
If you ever go back to Durbin, you need to drive over to wydell and drive clear through till you get to the alpine lodge. One of the most beautiful drives you’ll ever take
I’m going to need a way to one of those engines for the 89 k5 I just picked up for the teenage daughter!
Thats a pretty cool video. I hope to get a slide in camper for my truck when its done and travel in it.
Loved this episode travelling around in the old truck and stops for friends, great food and great hotel stays. Now that’s fun! And those two blocks!! Great
Glad you had a nice trip. In all fairness, the amount of new or restored parts on that truck outweighs a new Hyundai. Of course that old Chevy is a lot more fun.
Sorry, you did not inspire Victor to build that Nova, that Nova has been completed for several years now long before Billy's car was even an idea.
